I. Photography & Videography of Guests

One Magical Weekend and Bear Jamboree events do not require individual consent to photograph or video guests when: 

​

● Photos/videos are taken in public or private areas of the events ● Photography is conducted for: 

○ Operational purposes 

○ Entertainment 

○ Security 

○ Marketing, promotional, or archival use

Guests enter the property knowing it is a public, highly surveilled entertainment environment.

II. Purpose of Photos 

Photos may be taken: 

I. Candidly or incidentally 

II. By professional photographers or automated systems 

III. During events, shows, or general activities 

There is no obligation to: 

I. Identify photographed guests 

II. Provide copies of photos 

III. Notify guests individually 

Unless the experience is explicitly sold as a photo package (e.g., event photos, artists' meet-and-greets).

III. No Obligation to Deliver Photos 

One Magical Weekend and Bear Jamboree with its contracted venues: 

Are not required to send or provide photos to guests unless: 

○ The guest purchased a photo experience, or 

○ The photography was contractually promised 

Random or operational images remain the property of the company. 

Privacy Exceptions 

Even with signage, ethical and legal boundaries still apply: 

I. Restrooms, locker rooms, medical areas → No photography 

II. Minors → Extra care (but still allowed in public spaces) 

III. Reasonable accommodation if a guest raises a serious privacy concern

Copyright Policy, Restrictions on Use of Materials

All photos and other digital content captured by One Magical Weekend & Bear Jamboree media service (collectively, “Photo Content”) are owned and copyright-protected by One Magical Weekend & Bear Jamboree. Please be aware that it is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Photo Content, including prints and other products produced with any Photo Content, may not be reproduced without permission from One Magical Weekend & Bear Jamboree. Accessing pictures or text provided on websites does not give you any rights to use them. Only the copyright owner, or the owner's legal agent, can grant permission to copy, distribute, or publicly display protected material.

One Magical Weekend & Bear Jamboree reserves the right to remove or refuse to post or upload any Photo Content in our sole discretion, including any Photo Content that contains content of poor quality or that might be deemed to be inappropriate or offensive.

We may photograph, film, videotape, record, or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who enters One Magical Weekend & Bear Jamboree events, and use the same for any purpose without payment to any person.

Guests may be photographed or recorded while visiting our property. By entering the premises, guests grant permission for their likeness to be used in photography and video for operational, promotional, and marketing purposes without compensation. The company is not obligated to provide copies of images unless otherwise stated.

Photography and video captured by guests are for personal, non-commercial use only. Professional equipment (large tripods, external lighting, or detachable lenses over a certain length) and commercial filming are prohibited without prior written media accreditation."

By tagging @OneMagicalWeekend, @BearJamboree, or using official event hashtags, guests grant the company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reshare that content on official social media channels." 

While photography is permitted in public areas, guests must respect others' wishes. Persistent or unwanted filming/photography of a specific individual after being asked to stop may be considered harassment and is grounds for removal from the event.

The use of Unmanned Aerial Systems (Drones) by guests or unauthorized vendors is strictly prohibited on or above the event premises for the safety of our guests and to protect privacy.

One Magical Weekend & Bear Jamboree reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. Decisions made by event staff regarding the application of this policy are final.

As these events are primarily intended for adult audiences, any incidental photography of minors will be handled with extreme discretion; however, the general release still applies to any person entering the premises.
